Wishing I Was There

I wish I was currently lounging in this atrium at The Brody House, under that commissioned, one-of-a-kind Matisse tile mural. I bet it’s warm there. Click for larger.

This is my very first time here and I’m falling in love with you blog. The pictures are great and everything is so inspiring. I’ll definitely come back.

Oh, I’ve just started a new blog. If you can, please go take a look and let me know what you think, ok?

Here is some history that your might be interested in. The wall art is by Henir Matisse, he has a stroke in his 80′s but still was a productive artist. He used scissors to cut colored paper. The shape, spacing and selection of colors is just purfect for the space. This is an outside room. The slection of art work finishes the thought, live tree and art work of leaves.
The space is fresh and full of energy. I love spaces that say , ” Look aat me, come in and stay awhile”
